Furniture delivery — within 100 miles

We deliver furniture to addresses within 100 miles of our Arlington showroom. Delivery charges depend on your address and the pieces on your order, and our team confirms them with you before your delivery is scheduled.

Outside our delivery area

If you're more than 100 miles away, furniture orders can be picked up at our Arlington showroom. Contact us if you'd like to discuss other arrangements.

Lamps & small accents — shipped nationwide

Lamps, décor and other small, lightweight accents can be shipped anywhere in the United States. Shipping is paid by the customer, and our team confirms the cost and that your items qualify before they ship.

Lead times

• Pieces in stock at CASA MODERNA are scheduled first.
• Pieces sourced from a supplier are scheduled once the supplier confirms the shipment.
• We confirm every delivery date with you before scheduling. We do not promise same-day delivery unless the piece is physically in our warehouse and your address is eligible.

Setup & installation

Standard delivery includes placement in the room of your choice and basic assembly of the pieces on your order. Wall mounting, electrical work, and removal of existing furniture are not included.

Exclusions

Deliveries requiring stairs beyond the second floor, hoisting, or restricted-access buildings may require additional scheduling. Let us know in advance and we'll plan for it.
