We collect information you provide when you create an account, submit an order request, save an address or contact us: name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses, shopping selections and your inquiry. Account carts, wishlists and order requests can be saved for future visits.
How we use it
We use these details to verify account access, provide saved shopping features, review and fulfill orders, and respond to questions. Optional email marketing preferences are separate from account verification and order communications, and can be changed in your profile.
Cookies and saved shopping state
We use session cookies to maintain signed-in access and private guest checkout access. Guest shopping selections may be stored in your browser. Signing out removes account-specific details from the current shopping session.
Service providers
We use Supabase for account authentication and database storage. Relevant contact, order and delivery details may be shared with suppliers and delivery providers when needed to fulfill your order. Authentication emails use our configured email delivery service.
Payment and financing information
This website does not collect or store card numbers. Financing applications are completed directly with the financing partner; we do not retain sensitive application information such as Social Security numbers or bank details.
Your information
You can update saved profile and address details in your account when sign-in is available. For questions about access, corrections or deletion, contact our team. Order records may need to be retained to provide service and meet applicable obligations.
